Overnight Almond Blueberries Oats ( Recipe adapted from secretsquirrelfood.com)
Ingredients : 1/2 cups oat ( I used rolled oats ) / 1 tbsp sunflower seeds/ 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds / 1/2 tbsp flax meal / 1 tbsp raisins / Chopped almonds / 1/2 tsp cinnamon / 1/2 cup almond milk / 1/4 natural yoghurt / 1/4 cup frozen blueberries / 1/2 grated apple
Toppings (extras) : Flax Meal, Granolas, Berries, Pitayas
To make this : Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Leave it in the fridge overnight to soak. In the morning, add a splash of milk and mix well. It is ready to be served.
