Chia Pudding ( Recipe Adapted from secretsquirrelfood.com)
Ingredients : 3 tbsp chia seeds / 1 cup milk of your choice / 1 tsp sweetener of your choice (honey, maple syrup) / 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste
Toppings (extras) : Raspberries, Raisins
To make this : Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place it in the fridge to soak overnight. In the morning, stir the chia pudding until you get a smooth, creamy consistency and serve.
