Blended Blueberry Chia Oat


Blended Blueberry Chia Oats ( Source: Instagram @theglowingfridge )

Ingredients :  (1) 1/3 cup rolled oats / 1/2 cup almond milk / 2 tbsp chia seeds / 1 tbsp maple syrup / 1 tsp vanilla extract  

(2) 3/4 cup almond milk / 1/3 cup blueberries / 1 tsp maca powder ( I got mine from http://organicburst.com )

Toppings (extras) : California Treats, Berries 

To make this: Combine all the ingredients in (1) in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to thicken. Remove from fridge and transfer to blender along with ingredients from (2) and blend till smooth. Top it off with your favorite topping and it's ready to be served!
