Cookie Butter French Toast stuffed with ferrero rocher


Cookie Butter French Toast Stuffed with Ferrero Rocher 

Ingredients : 3 pieces of bread /  2 Ferrero Rocher / 1 medium egg / 1 tbsp of milk / Cookie Butter Spread / Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream  (view below for recipe)

Toppings : Blueberries, Mixed Berries Preserve 

To make this : Mix the egg and milk in a bowl and set aside. Crush the Ferrero rocher and set aside too. Spread the cookie butter spread on the pieces of bread and add the crushed Ferrero Rocher. Next dip the bread in the (egg +milk) mixture. Heat up a pan at low heat and start pan-frying the bread to golden brown. It's ready to be served!! That easy!  


Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream ( Recipe from http://chefinyou.com/recipe/eggless-vanilla-icecream)

Ingredients : 1/2 cup whole milk / 1 cup heavy cream / 1/4 cup granulated sugar / pinch of sea salt / 1/2 tbsp pure vanilla extract 

To make this : In a bowl,  combine a milk, sugar and salt and whisk until combined and sugar dissolved. Stir in the heavy cream followed by the vanilla extract. Whisk until combined. Pour the prepared ice cream mixture in a freezer proof container and place it in the freezer for at least 8 hours before serving.
